Buggy

I pay to be a prime member and as such should not see any ads. However the app will glitch on a regular basis (about once a week) and start showing me ads before all videos. Because I cant sign out in the app (another bug) the only way to stop seeing the ads is to delete the app, reinstall it and then log back in.

I have tried to email and take surveys to let the developer of the app know about these bugs but havent gotten any response. Its a shame because I would give it 4 or 5 stars if not for these frustrating bugs.
